The 3D PATH project was featured at the European Congress on Digital Pathology 2025 (ECDP 2025) in Barcelona, one of the leading international events dedicated to innovation in digital and integrative pathology.

During the conference, the project showcased its advancements in 3D histopathology, presenting how integrated workflows based on advanced light-sheet imaging and spatial analysis are transforming the exploration and interpretation of biological samples.

The scientific contribution included both an oral presentation and a poster session, highlighting recent progress in high-resolution, volumetric imaging for cancer research. In particular, the work focused on improving 3D sample analysis through optimized protocols and multi-confocal light-sheet microscopy approaches.

Participation in ECDP 2025 by both Clepio Biotech and Dr. Into Zlobec from UBERN provided an important opportunity to engage with the international pathology community, strengthen collaborations, and increase the visibility of the 3D PATH approach within the field of digital pathology
